TOC脱除系列

*TOC脱除器适用于电子工业超纯水、制药行业。其原理是利用高强度185nm波
长的紫外线将碳链分解为自由羟基和二氧化碳，达到衡量有机碳的目的。小流量的TOC降解器还可以应用于实验室超纯水设备。
